Breathing Workshops
I invite you to join us in a friendly atmosphere, where conversation, breathing techniques, body awareness exercises and relaxation intertwine.
During the classes, you will learn or improve your ability to observe your own body and the thoughts circulating in your mind. You will learn how to let go of tension, release emotions and memories of events stored in your body. You will receive tools that will enable you to improve your everyday well-being on your own.
Course of the session:
We begin the meeting by talking and naming the topics we have come to the session with. You can participate in the conversation or remain silent and just be. Then we move on to exercises that bring us into a state of mindfulness, preparing us for the session.
The aim of the session itself is to connect our conscious and subconscious minds. The processes you will experience during conscious breathing can be very intense and therefore transformative. After the session, we will name our experiences together and determine what they may mean for us and how we can use them to live a better life.
The breathing technique on which the session is based is called Rebirthing.
We consciously breathe in a connected manner, i.e. continuously, without pauses between inhalation and exhalation. Inhalation is active in the upper part of the chest, and exhalation is effortless.
We strive to restore internal balance and release both physical and emotional tension. We often release traumas or various difficult experiences that have been frozen in our memory.

Breathing workshops take place on Sundays once a month, from 12 noon to 4.30 p.m.
