Jewellery – personalised amulets

The jewellery I make is mainly personalised. Sometimes I create jewellery for the sake of creation and beauty, but most of what I do has a deeper meaning and significance. Closest to my heart is creating Mal (which literally means a Buddhist prayer cord). For me, the Mal I create have a broader meaning. They are different types of ‘amulets’ that support a person, their health, personality, relationships, true self and other aspects of life. They can of course be used for meditation, but they can also simply be worn as jewellery to support our lives. Each order and piece is different because each person is unique. When someone places an order, I first conduct an interview, research and check what will be best and most suitable for that person at that moment. I do a whole analysis. Then comes the time to find the right stones, followed by the creative process. It all happens in its own time, at its own pace. Creating a Mali for someone (apart from the above arrangements) requires flow, clarity, peace, well-being and love. The next step is meditation. And I let the best come out. The current state of a person can also influence how and when a piece is created. From my experience, I know that everything comes into being at the right time, the best time. When someone decides to order such personalised jewellery, it is worth knowing this basic information and also taking into account the time, because some orders are completed in a short time, but others take several months. There are cases when I cannot make jewellery for someone, in which case I inform them. This is the first thing I check. I also clean the stones that I prepare for someone. I also make ready-made Male (i.e. those that are made before someone orders them). Then I describe the properties and energy they carry and wait for the right person.
